4 Years and my heart still aches...

My Dad passed away 4 years ago today and I still miss him like it was yesterday.  I wish he could have been here for many in events in my life especially for the birth of Keegan & Charlie.  He would have loved them to pieces and I truly wish they could have spent time with him too.  I love you Dad.

Run Forest Run!

Here are my new sneakers!  Dan thinks the store was trying to get me ready for the Boston marathon & claims I was in there for 50 minutes.  I am just hoping for some back & feet pain relief and that they will not give me blisters like my current ones.

Bath Night!

The boys got these fun bath towels from Aunt Shelly & new summer jammies from NaNa!  I remember when my nephews were little enough to use those towels :(

Richard's 21st Birthday!

My little cousin Richard finally turned 21!  We to lunch at Buca De Bepo with Richard, Uncle Bob & Herb, my mom & cousin Rosemary.  The boys had a great time running around the Nationwide Arena plaza.

Carter Spends the Night!

After a Saturday of muddy baseball in the rain, Carter Jack came to spend the night.  The boys absolutely loved having Carter stay over and after the boys went to bed the lego building began!

World War 3!

Well, I only bought one chair to make sure the boys liked it - big mistake!  I could barely get Keegan out of the chair while reading his magazine to let Charlie try it out.  It has worked out great as a travel booster & chair for all the baseball games.

Flip Floppin'

In preperation for our beach vacation, we thought we would try flip flops on the boys.  As you can see below, Keegan loves them.

Burch's Cookout

We celebrated my girlfriend Monica's baby shower during the day & the Birch's hosted a cook out that evening. Aside from Charlie falling off the deck steps, the boys had a great time playing with Carson & Noah!

Charlie is 21 Months Old!

Charlie is king of the park! He loves sliding all by himself & playing with Daddy!

Keegan is getting so big!!!

Keegan is 21 months now! He has started to learn how to do lots of stuff by himself - opening & closing ALL of our doors!

He has also started the "I want to feed myself" phase and has a great interest in using utensils.
